I’m not sure exactly why that happened but that may be the issue if this is a recent change to your setup. I have notice that the startup music plays through the computer system audio but no necessarily through the audio interface chosen in the Sibelius playback setup.

Sibelius Ultimate has stopped playing the music upon opening, even though the “Play music” is checked. Could it be because I am using a HDMI connection to a large screen monitor as my video and audio?
